The Dream Aspiration Policy Discussions

Where Dreams Come To Life

Inspiring Social Change & Culture Shifts

As an example of a new age enterprise, The Dream Aspiration Brand has merged the values of art, activism, creativity and culture into an institution that uses tools such as technology to leverage more effective policy results. The Policy Discussions Division is taking a note from historical civil rights organizations by continuing the fight for social justice using a human rights approach. This division seeks to conduct research and create spaces for the scholarly discussion of our focus areas:

  • Voter Suppression
  • Environmental Justice
  • Criminal Justice Reform
  • Poverty Alleviation Strategies
  • Gender & Sexuality
  • Race Consciousness
  • Leadership Development

Our recent work includes research on voter suppression where we’ve spent time analyzing the Shelby County v. Holder Supreme Court decision in relation to the overall attack on voting rights. Additionally, in recognition of the 50th Anniversary of The Poor People’s Campaign of 1968 we’ve drawn parallels between the aims of the campaign in relation to the doctrine of Catholic Social Thought.
